The Stikine Watershed covers almost 20,000 square miles, more area than Switzerland, and crosses an international border between Canada and the United States. Several Canadian mines at its headwaters in British Columbia are threatening the health of the watershed, including the Galore Creek Mega-Mine, one of the world's largest proposed open-pit mines. Help us protect the massive and spectacular Stikine by opposing the Galore Creek Mega-Mine.
Learn more about the Stikine River and those who depend on the clean water and fish it provides on both sides of the border by watching the 10-minute film, Water is Life.
